The value of my work is often most visible in moments— Moments when the room gets quiet and someone finally says something honest. Moments when the elephant in the room gets a name. When the over-controlling old story is finally cut adrift, and when a new story or framing first appears.

The snippets in this “portfolio” are mostly not case studies or full project stories. They are stories of moments.

I love to work with groups who are pushing toward something challenging, uncertain, and purposeful.

Project and program support typically happens in regular involvement over a few months, in cycles of listening, planning and doing, and assessment.

I also produce and host learning, retreats, and events for leaders and groups. The territory of goals and formats is huge, with collaborations lasting from a single day to many months.
